Couple shoot at Botlierskop – Marlize and Gyorgy
Marlize and Gyorgy’s couple shoot was planned the next day after their wedding at Botlierskop Game reserve. This busy couple is flying back to the Mediterranean to take a new assignment on one of the most famous cruise ships in the world – Queen Victoria. This was one of the reasons we have decided to do the couple shoot the very next day after the wedding. Botlierskop is such a special place and we wanted to document Marlize and Gyorgy’s journey connected with this venue. This lovely couple got engaged here and the venue holds a special place in their hearts. Our goal for this couple shoot was to create some romantic images the couple could take with on their journey across seven seas.
The weather was absolutely perfect when we started our trip into the valley for Marlize and Gyorgy’s couple shoot. Vivid blue skies meet the sparkling river and fresh fields of grass covering the valley. The antelopes grazed in the distance, as we started our couple shoot. Marlize and Gyorgy make great models, both very comfortable with the camera and relaxed. Our dear bride surprised all of us with her perfect makeup and hair, but we expected nothing less from a beauty industry specialist! Gyorgy was rocking a casual look, with leather jacket and a polo shirt for this couple shoot.
We moved from one perfect location to the other, capturing different poses and spontaneous moments of fun. The models were very comfortable and we didn’t even direct too much, they naturally fell into each others arms. Our crew quietly moved the lights around, capturing the couple enjoying each others company during their couple shoot. The result is a series of beautiful, relaxed portraits, capturing the unique bond between the couple and the stunning landscape of Botlierskop. We hope this couple shoot will remind Marlize and Gyorgy about their romantic proposal and a fabulous wedding at Botlierskop!
