Cynthia and Shane – cinematic wedding video
Cynthia and Shane’s Cellars Hohenort wedding was a celebration of love and style. Our team was there to capture the entire event in cinematic wedding video. Shane had his mind set on the “black tie” celebration, Cynthia tastefully chose navy blue as a leading colour. The wedding ceremony took place in the historical Manor House, with several fireplaces keeping the guests warm. This unique interior with high ceilings and wooden staircases going around the room looks and feels almost like a cathedral. We were able to positioned our cameras on multiple levels to capture Cynthia and Shane’s cinematic wedding video. Stella and Ethan, the wedding couple’s children, made the most beautiful flower girl and he ring bearer. The bride and groom invited their children to join them during the vows and the ring exchange. The little ones were fascinated with the ceremony! Cynthia and Shane had two more rings made with their children’s dates of birth engraved. It was lovely to watch the kids actively take part in their parents wedding ceremony!
We asked the bride and the groom to share with us the most memorable part of their wedding experience:
For Shane – standing alongside Cynthia during our marriage ceremony.
For Cynthia – the whole day was memorable – there were aspects of the preparation, the ceremony itself, the time we spent together for our photographs and the dinner, speeches, first dance and the dance party that I will treasure forever.
The weather cleared out and we had some spectacular clouds for our cinematic wedding video at Cellars’ gardens. These exceptional gardens, awarded the prestigious Relais & Châteaux Garden Award, are the result of Liz McGrath’s, the owner, 20-years vision and dedication. There are countless picture-perfect locations around the Cellars Hohenort to take wedding photos! From the rose gardens, the duck pond, the wine orchards, to the newly renovated interiors of the Greenhouse restaurant. We didn’t want to stop shooting this cinematic wedding video! The reception was hosted at the Conservatory restaurant, which forms part of the Cellars-Hohenort wedding wenue. The wedding decor was simple yet very elegant, including branches and candles placed on the tables as centrepieces. The formalities were followed by some exceptional dancing!
Here is a piece of advice from the wedding couple:
From Shane – be present and enjoy the day – time accelerates when you are having fun with close friends and family on the most important day of your life!
From Cynthia – we gave ourselves 100 days to plan our Wedding – it was the best thing we did. There was enough time to look at options, make a decision and then get on with the next item on the to do list. Take time to enjoy the wholeness of the occasion – and don’t let anyone distract you from your dream vision. Having ‘made our own ring bearer and flower girl’ just added enormity of the event and made it truly special that they were a part of our special day. (This point, wouldn’t necessarily be advise that I would give – for those with kids, who are unsure of taking the plunge – go on – dive in!)
Our team enjoyed every minute of this elegant wedding. We captured wedding photography and cinematic wedding video for Cynthia and Shane to cherish. Our team would like to wish the newlyweds all the best on their journey ahead.
