Eerik and Bijou had a magical wedding at the Bona Dia Wedding Venue early in March. The beautiful couple, Eerik & Bijou, shared their special day in Hermanus. This venue offered breath-taking surroundings and supplied everyone with a charming atmosphere where we had the honour of shooting their wedding photography and video. The bridal party was eager to help the beautiful bride get ready. The guests were dressed to impress and made it an absolute treat to capture their wedding. Bijou, portrayed a woman of absolute content and bliss in her gorgeous wedding gown, as her friends buzzed excitedly around her like champagne bubbles in a glass. The men also conveyed so much excitement as they helped Eerik get ready for one of the biggest days of his life. So exciting!

For the ceremony, all the guests waited in anticipation for the beautiful bride to make her appearance. The atmosphere had a cheerful buzz filled to the brim with excitement and emotions. The Bride finally came into view, looking like she had just stepped out of a Bridal catalog. She truly took every guest at Bona Dia Wedding Venue’s breath away and stealing Eerik’s heart once again. What a perfect moment! The Bride came, as they walked toward the man of her dreams creating a moment that was a privilege to capture for their wedding photography. The couple stood illuminated by each other’s love surrounded by all their loved ones as they said their I do’s.

After the newlywed couple got showered with rose petals and adoring friends and family, the guests made their way to the reception area at Bona Dia Wedding Venue. While the guests mingled happily over mouth-watering snacks and cool, crisp glasses of champagne, the couple made their way around to say their hellos. This was the perfect opportunity to capture everyone together. The phenomenal setting and landscape, framing the buzz of excitement, was perfect for their wedding photography and video. The reception hall was magical and looked like something out of a dream. You will have to watch the video to see exactly what we mean!

The excited guests filled the hall and were soon applauding the entrance of the bridal party and groomsmen as they danced into the hall. The newlywed couple made their grand appearance with the guests. The night was filled with touching speeches and toasts that tugged at everyone’s heartstrings. It ended off with everyone on their feet and dancing into the night which looked amazing in their wedding photography and video. Beautiful people danced away the rest of the night wrapped in the warmth of the love, and we hope that our paths cross again soon! What an honour to be able to be part of such a special day!
