Roel and Dimple’s 3 day Cavalli wedding was a visual feast! The guests have been taken on a journey through the magnificent Winelands and enjoyed an array of entertainment.
International guests started their journey at Arabella Hotel in beautiful Hermanus, where they stayed for the duration of the wedding. The first night of Roel and Dimple’s 3 day Cavalli wedding started with a stylish party at Arabella. Guests enjoyed wine and chats on the lawns of the golf course, preparing for the big day ahead, Dimple chose a show-stopper sequin gown with open back for the first night, and she looked magnificent! Guests danced to live music and shedded a tear at the fiends and family performance. The sun set over the valley, as the party heated up with some lively dancing. The guests danced the night away in preparation for Roel and Dimple’s Cavalli wedding.
The wedding day started with preparations at Arabella. We always love this part the most! Bridesmaids and groomsmen assemble their outfits, there is laughter and excitement in the air. The moment everyone was waiting for is about to happen. With six bridesmaids and six groomsmen there was a lot to film and photograph! We love big entourage, all those gorgeous ladies and dashing men dressed for the occasion! Roel and Dimple’s Cavalli wedding was an epitome of big beautiful bridal parties.
The bride arrived in a horse drawn carriage and everyone sighed as she walked down the aisle, accompanied by both her mother and father. The outdoor ceremony was hosted on the lawn in front of the venue, with the perfect background of Stellenbosch Mountain. Outdoor wedding allows us to fly a drone during bridal procession and parts of the ceremony. The aerial angle gives a great perspective and adds a sense of space to the wedding video. After the couple exchanged rings and kissed under the arch, the guests showered them with petals and the festivities begun.
Acoustic Element string duo accompanied the afternoon cocktail reception, while we took photos of family and guests. Cavalli provides some great sides for photos, we love strolling through the fynbos gardens at sunset. Dimple’s wedding dress looked magical in the evening light, the brave Bride hopped onto a massive rock for the last set of sunset images. It was well worth the effort!
The festivities carried long into the night, as the international crowd took over the dance floor. DJ kept the party going until early hours of the morning! The guests knew there is a final day of celebration planned for them after this spectacular Cavalli wedding.
Las day of Roel and Dimple’s wedding was a stylish all-white pool party at Arabella. The guests enjoyed delicious catering tailored for the party people and listened to a live saxophone jazz.
We believe this vibrant wedding was a magical experience for the couple and the guests. We are honoured that Dimple chose Cape Town for her celebration and we hope the couple comes back soon to re-live the memories!
