Nestled in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Belair Pavilion is one of those rare places that feels both refined and organic. Its glass conservatory, manicured gardens, and sweeping mountain views create a naturally cinematic backdrop that enhances the emotion of the day without ever overshadowing it.
From the very first frame — including sweeping aerial views captured by our drone — we could tell this wedding didn’t need embellishment. The beauty was already present: in the architecture, the landscape, and, most importantly, in the way Brogan and Roberto were present with each other and their guests.

As we began filming, there was an immediate sense of calm that set the tone for the day. Brogan and Roberto moved through each moment with intention, grounded in their connection and surrounded by love. This authenticity shaped the atmosphere of the entire celebration.
The ceremony took place in the garden, under soft afternoon light that painted the scene in gold. Meanwhile, our drone footage showcased the layout and serenity of the space — from the lush greenery to the elegant floral arrangements — while our ground cameras focused on the quiet, emotional exchanges that made the story come to life.

In particular, the reception space was flooded with natural light, making additional lighting unnecessary. This allowed us to film the event honestly, guided by the ambient glow of the day. As a result, the footage became a blend of wide landscape views and heartfelt, intimate details — all tied together by the warmth of the couple and the energy of their loved ones.
A Joyful Evening
As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the venue transformed into something even more magical. Our final drone passes captured the pavilion glowing in the evening light, framed perfectly by the gardens and the soft backdrop of the mountains.
Inside, the celebration came to life with laughter, heartfelt speeches, and vibrant dancing. Guests filled the space with energy, joy, and celebration. We focused on capturing this natural rhythm without interruption, allowing the true spirit of the evening to shine through.
